TAB Activity Report 2019

This activity report documents the diverse activities of TAB in 2019. In addition to an overview of the work programme, brief reviews of events in cooperation with the Bundestag are provided. Further contributions are devoted to the developments and results of the working areas Horizon scanning as an instrument for technology foresight and topic identification as well as Discourse analysis and dialogue with societal actors. Traditionally, the core of the activity report is formed by the project profiles of the projects completed and ongoing in 2019, which once again demonstrate the thematic diversity of our work. As usual, the report concludes with a look at TAB's activities in the EPTA network (this time focusing on the EPTA annual conference on "Technologies in elderly care"), a list of publications, and a brief introduction of the consortium partners.
